We hope this message finds you well! As we gear up for the much-anticipated Jackson Elementary Spring Picnic, we are reaching out to our wonderful community for a helping hand.

We are seeking volunteers to assist with various aspects of the event to ensure its success. Specifically, we need volunteers to help with the following tasks:

Music - 1 helper needed: 

Do you have a knack for creating playlists that get everyone on their feet? We would love your assistance in curating the perfect musical backdrop for our picnic festivities. Whether you're a DJ extraordinaire or simply have a passion for good tunes, your expertise will be greatly appreciated!

Spirit Wear Sales - 2 helpers needed: 

Show your school pride by helping us sell Jackson Elementary spirit wear during the picnic. This is a fantastic opportunity to promote school spirit while assisting with fundraising efforts that benefit our students and school community.

General Assistance - 3 helper needed: 

From setting up tables and decorations to assisting with games and activities, various small tasks contribute to the event's smooth operation. Your willingness to lend a hand wherever needed will make a significant difference in ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
